A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and of the two-year postgraduate programme in British and European Union Law run by the British Law Centre of Juris Angliae Scientia in Cambridge. Legal counsel entered on the register of the Kraków Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels. He sits on the supervisory boards of companies.
