Private debt is a fast-growing segment of the Polish financial market. We advise both funds investing in private debt and entities seeking financing alternative to traditional bank lending. We design structures for funds investing in receivables and debt instruments, selecting the legal form appropriate to the investment strategy and the investor profile.
We advise on issuances of corporate bonds and other debt instruments and prepare transaction documentation both for the issuer and for the investor. We draft documentation for security in rem and personal security – mortgages, registered pledges, suretyships and guarantees – handling transactions of complex structure and many parties.
Debt restructurings and proceedings
We advise on financing restructurings, debt refinancing and recovery of receivables. We represent clients in disputes with debtors and in insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
